So, you ask, what IS Marmalade?
...marmalades are a kind of preserve, which are whole or cut up fruits cooked in a thick syrup ~ and citrus preserves are marmalades!
Zesty Peach Cocktail
Marmalade
...a secret concoction of
peaches, sugar, pineapple, maraschino cherries,
orange juice, orange peel,
vanilla extract, spices and pectin!

grilled, sauteed and poached meats
egg rolls ~ steamed dumplings
chicken fingers ~ coconut shrimp
hams for glazing
ribs as a baste
fried green tomatoes ~ tempura
FRIED anything
stuff where you would use BBQ sauce
